Since 1994, Pro-Flex Rubber has been manufacturing tubular diaphragms using elastomers that meet and exceed fire and smoke toxicity standards. This design features moulded rounded top corners and is favoured by customers such as Bombardier and Nippon Sharyo. This made-to-measure product is very safe for passengers and requires very little maintenance. This type of diaphragm is the most affordable and the lightest of our products.
1 Corners are compression moulded prior to assembly.
2 Bellows are assembled side by side to create the diaphragm.
3 Car sills are made-to-measure to ensure passenger safety between railway cars.
