MPG repair clamps and service saddles
With its new acquisition, Pro-Flex Rubber has gained the expertise to manufacture MPG repair clamps and service saddles. These products are used in maintaining and repairing drinking water distribution and wastewater (sewage) lines. Made of quality materials, these products ensure a tight seal on and the longevity of all types of piping.
MPG repair clamps
The MPG repair clamps manufactured by Pro-Flex Rubber are designed for maintaining and repairing pipes that have been damaged, resulting in cracking, splitting, perforation, porosity, or leakage.
Our repair clamps enable pierced or cracked pipes to be repaired from the outside, without having to replace them.
The MPG repair clamp tightening system has the advantage of being extremely precise and easy to adapt to the different types and sizes of pipes used.
Made entirely of stainless steel, our MPG repair clamps are exceptionally durable, regardless of the type of pipe to be repaired (wrought iron, cast iron, fibre cement, stainless steel, or PVC*).
The stainless steel structure of our repair clamps, combined with the use of a waffle rubber sleeve, guarantees a sturdy attaching mechanism. The constant tension applied across the entire width of the tightening band ensures a tight seal and longevity. The rubber mix used has health standard NSF 61 certification for drinking water distribution lines.
Our MPG repair clamps are available in single, double, triple, and quadruple lugs.
Each clamp is custom-made, adapted to your specific needs. The components used meet health standards.
